Consent To the Processing of My Personal Data (e-mail address) by Georgia Palace Hotel and Spa LLC For Direct Marketing Purposes

  • According to the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa LLC (Identification No. 447000584) (hereinafter referred to as the Company) will process my personal data (e-mail address) for direct marketing purposes only with my consent. Consent is my informed, clear and free choice and not an obligation.
  • The company, as the entity responsible for data processing, will process my personal data (e-mail address) for direct marketing purposes, either directly or through a person authorized to process it, by sending promotional offers (e-mails) to my e-mail address. My personal data (e-mail address) processed for direct marketing purposes will not be transferred to third parties.
  • My consent to the processing of personal data (email address) for direct marketing purposes means that I will receive promotional offers/messages from the company, as permitted by law, via e-mail, allowing me to constantly monitor the company's news and promotions.
  • Company will process only the following data for direct marketing purposes: e-mail address.
  • My personal data (e-mail address) will be processed for direct marketing purposes for an indefinite term, however, I recognize that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time easily and free of charge, in the same manner as direct marketing is carried out, namely by sending an e-mail with the text “I do not wish to receive promotional messages” or another text of similar content to the e-mail address info@gph.ge or by using the “Unsubscribe” function included in the received message.
  • Within a reasonable period (but not more than 7 business days) of withdrawing consent, the processing of my data (email address) for direct marketing purposes will be ceased and, accordingly, I will no longer receive promotional offers/messages from the company.
  • Considering the above, by entering/sending my personal data (e-mail address) in the relevant field of the webpage I give my consent to the company for using personal data (e-mail address) provided by me for direct marketing purposes.
